Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit the public OMNIA website or communicate directly with Albanian Digital Solution.
Updated 29 August 2026
1. Scope and legal framework
This policy applies to the public OMNIA website, requests sent to info@ads.com.al and technical data created during a visit.
Processing is intended to comply with Albanian Law no. 124/2024 “On the protection of personal data”, implementing acts and guidance from the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDP).
2. Roles and responsibilities
Albanian Digital Solution is the controller for data collected through the public website and direct communications with ADS.
When a client uses OMNIA to process its own business data, the client determines the essential purposes and means as controller; ADS acts as processor under the contract and the client’s documented instructions.
3. Data we process
- Data you provide by email, such as your name, organization, email address and request content.
- Minimal technical data, such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent and security events.
- Session identifiers, the CSRF token and cookie preference described in the Cookie Policy.
4. Purposes
- Responding to questions and demo requests.
- Operating, securing, diagnosing and protecting the website.
- Documenting communications and protecting legal rights.
- Meeting legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Legal bases
Depending on the circumstances, processing relies on steps taken at your request before a contract, contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests in security and business communication, or consent where required.
6. Retention periods
Data is retained only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, taking account of legal duties, security and limitation periods.
- Contact emails and communications are retained for up to 12 months after the request is closed, unless a different period is legally required or retention is needed for a legal claim.
- The website session lasts 120 minutes under the application’s active configuration.
- Landlord application logs are retained for 14 days under the application’s active configuration.
7. Recipients and providers
Data may be made available only to authorized staff, technical providers acting under our instructions, professional advisers or authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
8. International transfers
If a provider requires a transfer outside Albania or a jurisdiction offering appropriate protection, it takes place only with a lawful basis and safeguards permitted by applicable law.
9. Security
We apply appropriate organizational and technical measures, including access restrictions, authentication, traceability, backups and monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
- Request access to and a copy of your data.
- Request rectification, erasure or restriction where legal conditions are met.
- Object to processing and request portability where applicable.
- Withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
- Not be subject to a solely automated decision where the law grants that right.
11. Requests and complaints
To exercise your rights, email info@ads.com.al. You may also complain to the IDP through its official channels at idp.al. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity.
12. Children
The website and OMNIA target business users and are not intentionally directed at children.
